03/12/2025 01:58I visited Mai Khao Beach during my final few hours in Phuket, and it became one of the most memorable moments of the entire trip. The beach welcomed me with a peaceful atmosphere, soft sand, and an uninterrupted stretch of coastline that felt both natural and untouched.
The late-afternoon light over the water was absolutely stunning. The combination of calm waves, open horizon, and gentle wind created a perfect place to unwind before heading to the airport. Even though the visit was short, the tranquillity of the area made it feel unhurried.
If you are looking for a quiet, spacious beach away from the crowds, Mai Khao is definitely worth the stop. It is a great place to slow down, breathe, and enjoy Phuket in its most natural form. I will certainly come back on my next visit.
The beach is amazing, clear water. Already on the way to the beach, the place is beautiful, trees, forest, clean and well-kept, you can get on a tuk tuk. The distance is about a kilometer to the beach. The experience of the planes landing every 5 minutes. And all the people ready for an interesting photo. It is an unforgettable experience.
