This market has a very wide menu of Asian delicacies, so you're sure to find something you like. I really enjoyed the sushi and the dumplings. The prices are reasonable and the products are fresh
04/02/2026 03:50A very busy market but there’s so many great food stalls and other shops around, I found lots of cool things at this market and the food was some of the best I had in Thailand. The best mango salad and pad thai! Old Town Phuket has a lovely charm to it and I would highly recommend spending time in Old Town if you’re visiting Phuket - and definitely do this market if you’re there on a Sunday.
18/01/2026 19:35Awesome weekly night market that runs along 2 streets of Phuket's Old Town. Stalls include arts & crafts, clothing, souvenirs, and most importantly, food! Not only do these markets have so much more variety than the other markets I went to while on Phuket, but the prices are generally quite reasonable so you can carry on sampling the awesome food all night.
It does get busy as the night goes on, so be sure to get in early if you want to beat the crowds. If things on the street get too busy for you, just duck into one of the bars, restaurants, and cafe's that occupy many of the beautiful old buildings along these streets.
Lard Yai Sunday Night Market is a must visit in Phuket Old Town! live music, delicious street food, and lots of local shopping. You can try authentic Thai snacks, desserts, and drinks while enjoying local performers along the street. It’s the perfect place to walk around on a Sunday evening, taste a bit of everything, and experience real local culture. Definitely one of the highlights of Phuket!
